Al Stawicki, retired Milwaukee Public
School science teacher, is available for bookings the year round. His
entertaining and educational programs are especially suited for all
school events, science fairs, parent nights, and science enrichment
activities!
Group sizes from 25 to 500 are easily accommodated as well as hourly,
daily, or weekly residency!

From the lab to center stage, students are challenged with new
activities, experiments, and demonstrations in this hands-on, fun-filled
program designed to enrich your Science curriculum.
PERFORMANCE CLASSES
"Is it Science, or is it Magic?"
"The Great PHEOC” whisks you away to the exciting world of illusion and
comedy. Al Stawicki, as a mystifying scientist-magician, leads the
audience through the scientific process - Problem, Hypothesis,
Experiment, Observation, and Conclusion - using magic to present
problem.
Al challenges the audience to test its hypotheses through hands-on
experimentation. This entertaining program abounds with educational
lessons and plenty of laughter, and is especially suited for all school
events, science fairs and science enrichment programs K-12."

WORKSHOP CLASSES
At
last, learn some secrets behind performing magic tricks and illusions!
Al Stawicki includes practicing and performing guidelines along with
ideas for enriching lessons and experiments by incorporation magic into
the everyday 'School is Cool' curriculum.
Age Group: All Grade K-12, post-secondary, and adults.

Length: 60-120 minutes
WEEK RESIDENCY
"From Lab to Center Stage"
Students are challenged with new activities, experiments, and
demonstrations in this hands-on, fun filled program designed to enrich
your science program.
Choose from science units in chemistry, geology, astronomy, weather, and
many more, to fit your specific curriculum. This week culminates in a
program for which the students have created their own costumes,
equipment, props, and scripts.

Commonly Asked Questions
Q: How long are your programs?
A: Usually they are 45 minutes to an hour, but can be adjusted to
fit your individual needs. Multiple programs and evening programs are
available in order to meet the various school schedules.
Q: What do you charge?
A: I work with each school's budget. The number, length, and time
of day determine cost. Mileage and overnight accommodations also are
considerations. Usually $300-$350 will cover all costs for Northern
Wisconsin. Multiple bookings with two or more schools helps save money!
